True Dialogue During Consultation The project’s consultation effort has been aimed at fostering a two-way communication, in accordance with World Bank directives. Here, as at nearly all village meetings conducted by the project, a question and answer session is underway, and a resident takes the opportunity to emphasize a point. A recent World Bank Inspection Panel found that “...consultations and disclosure information that took place in the context of the Pipeline Project were frequent and consistent with the Bank’s applicable policy requirements.” |
