Being
Prepared Intensive measures have been taken to prevent any loss of oil but, just in case, the project has prepared for the possibility of a spill. This crew has been checking a cache of oil spill response equipment and conducting a training drill on proper use of the gear. Spill prevention design features for the buried crude oil export pipeline include corrosion protection coating, an automated leak detection system and shut off valves to help isolate leaks. |
