Reclaiming
the Land The project’s Environmental Management Plan requires reclamation of work sites when construction has been completed. In this case, thousands of square meters of anti-erosion matting has been spread on the rugged slopes of the pipeline route in northern Cameroon at a location nicknamed “The W” (see Pipeline & Related Facilities section and next photograph). |
