ExxonMobil has entered a new agreement with the Bislett Alliance regarding sponsoring this year’s athletic event at Bislett Stadium on 2 June. It is the 19th time ExxonMobil cooperates with the Bislett Alliance, contributing to implementing this prestigous Golden League event in Oslo.

The ExxonMobil Bislett Games, taking place on 2 June, is the first out of six Golden League events in 2006. This is an important arrangement in Norway, contributing substantially to the interest for and the recruitment to track sports. Contributing to its importance is the fact that this event over many years has enjoyed broad media coverage both in Norway and abroad.

The Bislett Alliance consisting of the athletic clubs BUL, Tjalve and Vidar, is a professional cooperation partner, emphasizing the importance of having the best performers participating at Bislett. The quality of the event has been further strengthened following opening of the new Bislett Stadium during the ExxonMobil Bislett Games last year.
