Functional training Your commercial skills will be rapidly developed through face-to-face contact with our customers and working within a high performing sales team. But, to accelerate your learning, you will attend high quality structured training courses tailored to develop specific skills. Your knowledge of the ExxonMobil product range will be supported both through structured training and by working closely with our regional technology teams.
