Undergraduate Application Process

 The application process is outlined below, but we also suggest that you have a look at the assessment dates already planned and the hints and tips from the recruitment team. Links to these pages can be found at the bottom of this page.

 Before applying online:

Before starting your application, please ensure that you are eligible to apply for one of our graduate positions.

• We require that you are expecting a 2:1 in your first degree;

• That you hold the correct degree discipline for the scheme that you are applying for

• That you have the right to work in the UK.

 The Process:

1. Online application form (click on 'Apply Now' from any of the Graduate Opportunities pages)

2. Application screen by ExxonMobil

3. On-line Numeracy test, to be taken at your convenience, lasting approximately 20 minutes.

4. Competency Based Telephone Interview lasting approximately 20 minutes

5. Face-to-Face interview with functional manager at one of our office locations (may also include an in-tray exercise for some schemes).

6. Assessment Centre (Gas & Power Marketing candidates only)

7. Final Decision
