Working within the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Department. You will be responsible for providing leadership, expertise and support to ExxonMobil's organization and management in planning, analysis and implementation of Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. Related projects may include:- Development, maintenance and improvement of the SHE management system.
- SHE assessments and performance analysis.
- Public policy issues & risk management (regulatory and industry affairs).
- Operations and management support.
- Emergency response preparedness.
- Technology planning and transfer.
- Regulatory information and environmental policy system
Examples of Specific Job Responsibilities
You will work for the functional managers and/or senior advisors. Typical activities will include but are not limited to:- Identification and implementation of improvements to the development of emission inventories.
- Assisting in the planning, preparation and analysis of SHE performance information.
- Risk assessments.
- Development and coordination SHE management systems and programs.

Qualifications Desired
Academic
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any Engineering discipline
