You will work with some of the world's largest industrial and/or automotive companies, improving customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relations and growing sales by applying your knowledge to help customers solve their lubrication needs. You will be making recommendations concerning products, the sales price and making decisions aimed at maximizing return for our operation. After your initial orientation and training, you will report to a District Sales Manager in either of the Automotive or Industrial Lubricants & Specialties (L&S) Business Units.
Your Responsibilities- Profitably maintain and grow lubricant sales within a geographic territory by identifying and addressing customer needs and applying proper product strategy.
- Represent ExxonMobil and ensure customer satisfaction and retention for all key account activity.
Your Development- During the first months, intensive orientation and training is provided before commencing the job. Learning areas include products, operating standards and execution processes.
- ExxonMobil's goal is to ensure that new hires, who demonstrate exceptional skills, quickly progress to more challenging supervisory and management roles. This may include work areas beyond Sales and Marketing, for example in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.

Academic
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or technical field.
